Use a Listen link if you want to listen to an archive immediately (i.e. "streaming"). On a slow connection, use a "dial-up" link. On a fast connection (like DSL, cable modem, or a T1 at work), try a "broadband" link first. If it keeps skipping while playing, try a "dial-up" link instead.
To listen to the high-quality versions even if you have a slow connection, try Downloading a "Hi-fi" MP3 instead of using a Listen link. Your computer will work on downloading the archive to your hard drive, and then later you can listen at your leisure, and not worry about skipping.
Use a Download link to save the show for later, perhaps to make your own CD.
If clicking a Download link doesn't immediately bring up a "Save" window, or if it just starts playing:
Click on the Download link with the right-hand mouse button (on a Mac, hold down the mouse button for a couple of seconds, or hold Apple key while clicking mouse button), then choose "Save Target As" (or "Save As") on the menu that appears.
If anything doesn't work, or you need any assistance, please e-mail Ken. CD's of shows are also available.
